6W Silver Aluminum COB Up and Down Outdoor Wall Sconce
I recently installed the 6W Silver Aluminum COB Up and Down Outdoor Wall Sconce to update the facade of my home. I wanted to see if its minimalist design could actually hold up against the elements while providing enough light to make the porch area feel both safer and more welcoming.
Performance & Build Quality
The build quality of this sconce is impressive, featuring a solid silver aluminum body that feels sturdy and resistant to corrosion. With an IP65 rating, the unit is fully protected against dust and low-pressure water jets, making it a reliable choice for outdoor installation in any climate.
Day-to-Day Experience
Setting up the light was straightforward, and the COB technology creates a beautiful, uniform wash of light that extends both up and down the wall. It has handled recent rain showers perfectly, maintaining its aesthetic appeal and brightness without any flicker or signs of water ingress.
This is the perfect choice for homeowners looking for a weather-resistant, modern lighting solution that is easy to install and budget-friendly.
Final Thoughts
I am giving this sconce a perfect 5/5 rating for its combination of style, durability, and illumination quality. Given the $39.00 price tag, it is a fantastic value for anyone looking to enhance their home's curb appeal in 2026.
